Madeira is nice green island with many colorful flowers growing nearly everywhere. But there are also botanical gardens. We have visited two of them.
Last summer we visited town Baden in Austria. Our friends invited us and we went to this lovely old town with beautiful park and very good spa (as it's name Baden suggests) with thermal water known also to Romans.
China Day 18 - Holiday ends in Shanghai

Thursday 23rd of July is our last full day in China. 18 days passed really quickly, I would like to stay for longer. But that's not possible.
Today we plan to see Shanghai. Heidi, our local guide, told us 2 days ago that Shanghai is nicer during night than during day. After travelling through it by bus yesterday and today I can only agree with that.
What better place to visit during Autumn than some garden or arboretum? Our friends Andrew and Zuzka took us yesterday to Westonbirt Arboretum 30km from Bristol. Thank you for that, I really enjoyed our time there.
Some trees started to change colours, but most of them were still green. I have never seen so crowded park, there had to be at least 1000 cars in car park. But because it is huge, crowd spread evenly and we needed to wait only a few minutes at most to take photo we wanted. The other people had been less lucky with us. I had to repeat many photos dozen times and that took some time :-)
